Dear Sir,
The use of De la Warr apparatus is complex and needs quite some education.
De la Warr laboratories are no more in business since the nineties.
If your black box did not come with the necessary literature, try to find it second hand on the Internet.
There is still this book on Amazon :
Maybe other titles by George de la Warr.
Here I give (in French) description of how to use a simple black box, not de la Warr but similar, the manipulation of the dials is the same.
